"The Assembling Of Ourselves" - (Hebrews 10:24-25)

The Vegas Valley Church Of Christ assembles frequently for the purpose of exhorting one another (Hebrews 3:13; 10:25). We make every effort to conduct ourselves decently and in order during our assemblies (1 Corinthians 14:33, 40).

Jesus taught that no single place of worship is revered above another (John 4:20-24). In fact, during the first century, churches of Christ met in the Jewish Temple (Acts 2:46-47; 5:12-13), a school (Acts 19:9-10), the homes of members (1 Corinthians 16:19; Colossians 4:15; Philemon 1-2), and elsewhere (Acts 20:7-9).

Sunday at 10:15 AM - - Las Vegas Library - 833 Las Vegas Blvd South
We meet each first day of the week to eat the Lord's Supper (Acts 20:7; 1 Corinthians 11:17-34), take up a collection (1 Corinthians 16:1-2), pray (Acts 12:5), sing psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs (Colossians 3:16), read, exhort, and teach (1 Timothy 4:13).

This assembly takes place at the main branch of the Las Vegas Library, located on the west side of Las Vegas Boulevard, between Washington Avenue and Bonanza Road, across the street from Cashman Center.

Tuesday at 7PM - - House To House - Throughout the valley
Women may not teach men (1 Timothy 2:12), but they must teach one another (Titus 2:3-4). The ladies of the Vegas Valley Church Of Christ come together on Tuesday evenings for this purpose. The current subject of study is Old Testament Characters.

The location of this study alternates on a monthly basis among homes throughout the valley. Please contact us for directions.

Wednesday at 7PM -
We gather Wednesday evenings for teaching from God's word (Acts 5:42; 15:35; 28:31). Presently, the adults are studying in the book of Acts. Classes also take place for children of all ages.
